You’re invited to
You have spent years accumulating something that no credential can replicate and no company can own — a way of seeing, a way of leading, and a depth of understanding that belongs entirely to you.
The Legacy Project exists to make sure the world knows it.
There is a particular tension that lives in the space between building a storied career and stepping into what comes next.
You carry more expertise than most people will accumulate in a lifetime — frameworks built through hard decisions, relationships earned through decades of trust, and a perspective that no credential can replicate.
But as you stand at this current intersection:
That’s where we step in.
Consider us your trusted guides to help you take you weave together your beautiful (even if a little scattered) ideas, your life, career and expertise into a not just a brand, but a MOVEMENT worth following and your voice as the UNDENIABLE AUTHORITY.
A bespoke branding experience for women leaders who are ready to translate your lived authority into owned authority — and shape the next chapter of their work on their own terms.
We understand that you have a profound responsibility to steward your expertise and your calling to share your insights with an industry that desperately needs your depth of knowledge.
Our responsibility is to help bring that to life.
The most exhausting part of transitioning into owned authority is the strategic and technical noise—swimming through digital tools, website architecture, and content deployment.
We remove this friction entirely. We act as your one-stop elite agency.
You step into the room as the Visionary, and we partner with you to create the strategic direction; we surround you with an elite team to build the infrastructure.
Over three focused months, we work alongside you — not in a classroom, not in a group — to discovery, define, and deploy everything you have spent a career building and your life becoming;
An undeniable, transformational voice with a signature methodology and platform that establishes that legacy you were meant to fully own – commanding premium fees for your thought leadership and insight as a speaker, coaching, consultant and more.
Before we build anything, we establish the ground upon which everything else will stand.
In this intensive pre-engagement phase, we conduct a deep-dive into your career narrative, personal story, your intellectual property, and the market landscape where your authority belongs.
This is not a personality assessment or a brand questionnaire.
It is a rigorous excavation of the genius you have accumulated — the frameworks you have developed without naming them, the methodologies you have deployed without codifying them, the perspective that makes you irreplaceable in the rooms you have occupied.
During Phase I, Together We:
Conduct a deep-dive interview into your career arc, critical decisions, and the patterns that have defined your leadership
Audit your existing materials – profiles, media mentions LinkedIn, internal decks – through the lens of authority, not just responsibility
Map where you have already created lasting value (in your industry, your organization, and your community), and where that value is currently invisible or unclaimed
Identify the key arenas your next season must hold – consulting, board work, advisory, writing, franchise or business ownership, philanthropy
You receive a LEGACY Assessment:
A written articulation of your positioning as a Category-of-One authority
A draft landscape of your potential “Legacy Domains” (the spaces you can credibly own)
Initial direction on the types of consulting, advisory, and signature offers that best fit your expertise, vision and market.
Authority without language is invisible.
In Phase Two, we translate your strategic foundation into the words, frameworks, and messaging pillars that CONNECT will become the recognizable signature of your voice.
This is the work of Narrative Synthesis — taking 20-plus years of experience and distilling it into an intellectual framework that is immediately legible to the audiences who need it most: corporate decision-makers, conference organizers, board nominators, and media gatekeepers.
Your MOVEMENT — the larger transformation you are built to
lead — takes shape here.
Not as a slogan or a tagline, but as a substantive point of view on what is broken, what is possible, and why you are the right voice to say it.
By the end of Phase II, you will receive:
A Signature Framework document that names and outlines your method
Messaging Pillars that can be lifted directly into decks, proposals, and interviews
A working outline for your Signature Keynote or flagship talk
This is the centerpiece of the engagement — a dedicated, luxury weekend brand intensive designed around you and only you.
We come to you with a creative director, a professional photographer, and a videographer.
We bring the strategy. You bring yourself.
Everything that emerges from this day will be used to build your platform, populate your website, and fuel social media content to build out your thought leadership content calendar.
In the same intensive, we develop your signature keynote framework: the talk that will open exclusive stages, establish your authority at the podium, and translate into consulting engagements organically.
By the end of Phase III you will receive:
Record short, high-utility video segments that can feed months of content
Align on your near-term go-to-market priorities: which offers or arenas are first, and what is simply “held” for later
Our team takes everything developed in the preceding phases and builds your digital home — a website that functions not as a business card but as a credentialing asset.
Alongside the website, we build out curated content — social posts, thought leadership pieces, and short-form video — drawn from your brand shoot and rooted in your messaging pillars.
This is content that reflects your intellectual depth, not the performance of availability.
It is designed to attract the quality of engagement that eventually becomes consulting contracts, keynote invitations, and board nominations.
By the end of Phase IV we will:
Design and build a refined digital website home – often a one- to three-page site or executive hub that presents you as a principal, not a job seeker
Develop your Signature Keynote slide deck, aligned with your framework and visual brand
Create a consulting and advisory services overview and one-sheet you can use with potential clients, partners, or firms
Assemble a Board and Advisory Bio suite: long-form, short-form, and media-ready versions
Structure social media content (from your shoot and framework) that can be repurposed for LinkedIn, newsletters, or other preferred channels, without requiring daily online engagement
The final phase is not a handoff. It is a launch with a guide present.
Your platform goes live — your website, your content, your keynote, your offers — and we remain alongside you for the transition.
This is where the intellectual work of the previous four phases meets the market, and where your pricing strategy, your outreach posture, and your decision-making framework all come into active use.
You leave Phase Five not as someone who has completed an experience, but as someone who occupies a clearly defined space in their industry — with the architecture to prove it, the assets to deploy it, and the strategy to grow it.
By the end of Phase V you will receive:
Walk you through your Brand Delivery Session – a live review of your site, decks, offers, and content library, with guidance on how to use each component
Outline a practical 90-Day Activation Plan: key conversations, warm introductions, speaking invitations, and exploratory advisory opportunities that align with your bandwidth
Provide three additional strategy sessions over the next three months to advise on opportunities as they arise – offers, interviews, negotiations, and discernment
Give you as-you-go support for “quick questions” via a private channel, so that when a talk, media appearance, or board conversation surfaces, you’re not preparing alone at midnight
“Before this experience I felt like I was winging it. Now, I’m very excited to have a plan going forward. I have repackaged my offer into a six-figure opportunity and I am positioning myself in an untapped niche that before working with Christina, I thought was saturated.”
Michelle, Corporate Executive
“After just one of Christina’s challenges, I booked 14 calls overnight to talk about my new six-figure offer. Christina’s framework gave me the clarity and push I’d been missing.”

“I got ROI on the first day. Christina gave me a framework and brand strategy that has allowed me to generate multiple six-figures after transitioning from my C-Suite position unexpectedly. I’m so grateful for her and her team”
I know what it feels like to have the six-figure career, the accolades, and the corner office, only to feel like you’re trapped in a beautiful cage. For years, I climbed the corporate ladder until a layoff forced me to confront the question I’d been avoiding: “What am I actually meant to build?”
That moment of redirection was the catalyst that turned my expertise into a multi-six-figure coaching and training company working with brands like the NBA, McDonald’s, Warner Brothers, and more.
Today, my firm has helped hundreds of accomplished women navigate the path from the murky middle to multi-six-figure success. I’ve distilled the exact process into this blueprint. It’s the strategy I wish I’d had, and now it’s yours.
